ANYONE CAN LITERALLY DO THESE POSES. If you are going to challenge people perception of bigger individuals do shit that is hard, that most people cant do and do it with a huge smile on your face like “see this bitch, I can balance my whole body with one hand while making a shadow animal with my other limbs.”

What apparently you don’t understand is that not all big/fat/curvy/small/thin people can easily do these poses. All our bodies are not the same. I may be able to do these poses pretty easily now, but there was a time I couldn’t even fathom doing this poses when I started. When I started I barely could find any big people who did yoga and couldn’t find inspiring images of someone of my size doing yoga. Now I can find many photos people who are bigger doing yoga because some of them told me I helped motivate them to finally give it a try or help people who already had a practice to show themselves to others as well. I’m here to encourage and motivate people just get up and try and believe in themselves that they can try yoga. That they don’t have to accept others negative thoughts that they don’t have the perfect body for yoga, and prove that they can do it too at whatever level they are. Whatever I do in my personal yoga practice is no fucking concern to anyone but me. I can’t do a lot of hard poses, but it doesn’t stop me from trying them out for myself and not giving up my practice.

Unfollow me if you want but if you can’t see the difference you are lying to yourself. Size does matter, I am not saying she shouldn’t do yoga, its great she is but saying that is as athletic as this is wrong.

I’m still not understanding your logic

. I can do all these poses just like the thinner women, and I am doing all these poses. I don’t see a difference. Yes I do need to be a little less heavy to be able to do some poses because it hurts my wrist, but you can’t demand of me to do crazy inversions that take even the thinnest person time and practice. All these photos that you have shown I can do, they may not all be in this collage but I can do them beautifuly. It’s all about personal visual preference to you now. You can’t accept that with my body type I can do these poses even though I clearly am. Because I’m not doing a crazy peacock pose with one hand doesn’t mean that I can’t eventually do it with time and practice with my body. I’ve never said I was athletic! Just because people tag me in fitspo and other “fit” tags doesn’t mean that I believe that I’m athletic! My practice only consists of 1 or 2 days of yoga a week with very little biking around as cardio. What I am is flexible and strong enough for my body type. Most people my size don’t believe they can do yoga if they look like me, and people not my size tend believe that i cant do yoga as well. I’m here to encourage others of any size that they can do it. are proving that #sizedoesntmatter when it comes to yoga. As long as it makes you happy that’s all that matters.

What a pricknugget. I follow you because it IS inspiring to see you do these poses. I like yoga but I don’t trust my body! I like seeing you in your practice.
